Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were tidy and the staff was superb, especially when we arrived late and they still prepared food for us after closing hours. The accommodations were big enough, comfortable, and even exceeded my expectations for the price paid in the executive superior room.
The hotel is a great oasis in Varanasi, exceeding expectations with tidy rooms and superb staff. Despite traffic noise, it was a fantastic stay for the price paid.
The hotel's location in Varanasi allows for a genuine experience of daily life but the crowded and chaotic surroundings may not suit everyone. The lack of windows in some rooms affects the comfort, and cleanliness could be improved. However, the friendly and cooperative service staff are quick to assist, though more training would be beneficial. The dining options lean towards Indian cuisine, but the breakfast variety could be enhanced. In terms of facilities, some areas need maintenance and updating.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and the staff went above and beyond to assist me, even arranging a special meal when we arrived late. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. However, they claimed during check-out that they would adjust the bill, but it didn't reflect the actual condition of the hotel.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were facing the street, relatively close to the river, and basically clean, but the noise from the main road made it extremely noisy due to the deafening noise pollution in Varanasi. The service was trying very hard to please me and was extremely helpful, but the location, although close to the famous ghats & Temple of Baba Bholenath, lacked cozy sitting arrangements and was very crowded to access. The dining offered only Indian food which was very spicy with no continental options, though reasonably priced with good service.
The hotel provided a haven for us in Varanasi, with spacious and clean rooms offering a retreat from the city. The service was a mix of helpful and unhelpful experiences. The location, though not too close to the main Ghats, offered a quieter atmosphere near important temples. The dining options were mostly Indian cuisine, and the facilities were decent overall.
